Well there are two major things that happened for the first time to me today: I had a bath at home in the sink, and a walk in the park.
I didn't really like my bath very much, although I did feel clean afterwards and I weed at daddy just when he wasn't looking! haha, caught him all over his clothes and on the floor. He had to wipe it up afterwards, but he didn't mind. Mummy was laughing.
For my walk daddy put me in a kind of sling thing and walked me around in fluffy white and slushy stuff. Even though it was cold I didn't feel it because I was wrapped in a blue cocoon blanket that my granny and grandpa gave me while I was in hospital over the weekend. I really like it! I'm now dressed in a rather attractive tiger outfit for my evening in with mummy, daddy and granny and grandpa so that we can watch X-factor but my daddy put it on backwards by mistake. And because I cry too much when they take my clothes off or change my nappy, my daddy hasn't bothered to change it round. I don't mind, in fact I like to know that I'm already breaking the rules from an early age!
Anyway I digress. At the park after a short walk when mummy went very slow because she says she still hurts we went into a building which was an arts centre with lots of crafts and people. Mummy and daddy were very interested in the things in there and showed me to lots of their friends. I didn't really understand what they were saying but there was quite a lot of "Frederick", "Ifor with an f - after his Welsh great granddad whose birthday he shares", "induced two weeks early" and "technically should still be in the womb". Anyway I got some nice compliments and other children said hello to me too.
I'm rather enjoying being fed my mummy's milk by a bottle because I was having trouble getting it for myself. It's really tasty and I have it around every 2-3 hours. Mummy's always busy getting it for me and I look forward to my next feed. Sometimes they give me plain water in between feeds which is disgusting! Honestly, can't they think of anything better? I want MILK! Milk, I tell you. M-I-L-K!!
I'm a happy hungry little tiger.
